Terms of use

Last updated 6 Oct 2026

By using Shaam you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate details and for keeping your password secret. You must be 18 or older to place orders.

Prices and orders

Prices are in US dollars, with the Syrian pound equivalent shown for reference. The final price is confirmed at checkout; we may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or stock-out and refund any amount paid.

Sellers

Independent sellers sell on Shaam alongside Shaam itself. The seller is shown on every product page.

Affiliate products

Some imported products are shown as links to external stores such as Amazon. Those purchases happen on that store under its terms, and we may earn a commission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse or attempt to break the site, and do not post abusive content in reviews or questions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Syrian Arab Republic.
