Return window
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery unless the product page states otherwise.
Conditions
- The item is unused, with its original packaging and accessories.
- Perishable food and opened personal-care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Items that arrived damaged or not as described can always be returned at our cost.
How to return
- Open the order in your account and tap “Request a return”.
- Choose the items and the reason and add photos.
- We contact you to arrange pickup.
Refunds
We refund within 3–7 working days after inspecting the item, via the original payment method or as account credit.
Affiliate products
Items bought on external stores through affiliate links follow that store’s return policy.
