Yes, we deliver to all 14 governorates. Fees and timing depend on the governorate; the exact cost and expected arrival date are shown on the product page and at checkout.

Usually 1–2 days in Damascus and Rif Dimashq, 2–4 days in Aleppo, Homs, Hama and the coast, and 3–6 days elsewhere. Products imported from Amazon and SHEIN usually take 10–20 days.

Choose the method at checkout and you will see the transfer instructions and account number. After paying, upload a photo of the receipt or enter the transaction number on the order confirmation page; our team confirms the payment and starts preparing your order.

The return window is shown on every product page (usually 14 days for local products). Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

In My orders, open the order and tap “Request a return”, choose the items and the reason and add photos if you can. We will contact you to arrange pickup.

On Track order enter your order number and email, or open the order from your account. You will also get a notification at every step.

You can cancel yourself while the order is “Pending” or “Confirmed”. Once preparation has started, contact us and we will help.

Star for later ★ is a quick list of things you like and works even without signing in. Keep an eye on it 👁 alerts you when the price drops, the item is back in stock or a deal starts, so it needs an account.

Tap “Keep an eye on it” on the product page and enter the price you want. We alert you when the price reaches it or goes lower.

Some products have a 3D model you can rotate and zoom. On supported phones you can also place the product in your room with augmented reality (AR).

We are adding models gradually. For other products we provide an interactive viewer that tilts the photo as you move your finger or mouse.

The Shaam team has checked the product: it is genuine, accurately described, and the seller reliably delivers on time. Our staff grant this badge manually and can remove it at any time.

A trusted seller has a verified identity and a strong record of sales and reviews. There are three levels: Verified, Trusted and Premium.

We work directly with makers, verify where items are made, and show each maker’s story and governorate on the product page.
