Jasmine Rewards & invites

Shaam’s loyalty programme: you earn 1 Jasmine point for every $1 you spend, credited when your order is delivered. Every 100 points take $1 off a future order. See your balance and history in Jasmine Rewards.

At checkout you will see “Use Jasmine points”. Choose how many points to use in steps of 100; you can cover up to 30% of the items in your order. If the order is cancelled, the points go back to your balance.

Your tier depends on the points you earned in the last 12 months: Jasmine from the start (×1), Silver from 500 points (×1.25) and Gold from 1,500 points (×1.5). The multiplier boosts the points you earn on every order.

• A welcome bonus when you create an account.
• Bonus points for each verified review of a product you bought (once per product, after approval).
• Points for every friend you invite whose first order is delivered.

Share your invite link from Invite friends. Your friend gets 10% off their first order (up to $15) when they sign up through your link, and you get 300 points once that order is delivered. The invite discount does not stack with another coupon.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash or moved between accounts. If an order is refunded after delivery, the points earned on it are removed. We may update the programme terms with notice.
