Signing in, your data, deletion
I forgot my password. What now?
Tap “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and we will email you a code to set a new one. You can also sign in with a one-time code, no password needed.
How do I turn off personalised suggestions?
In Privacy switch off “Personalised suggestions”. You can also clear your browsing history or download a copy of your data.
How do I delete my account?
On the Privacy page choose “Delete account”. We erase your personal data and keep only the order records required for accounting.
