Shipping & delivery
Areas, timing and fees
Do you deliver to every Syrian governorate?
Yes, we deliver to all 14 governorates. Fees and timing depend on the governorate; the exact cost and expected arrival date are shown on the product page and at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–2 days in Damascus and Rif Dimashq, 2–4 days in Aleppo, Homs, Hama and the coast, and 3–6 days elsewhere. Products imported from Amazon and SHEIN usually take 10–20 days.
Is delivery free?
Delivery becomes free when your order passes a threshold that depends on your governorate, and some products carry a “Free delivery” badge.
Can I follow the courier on a map?
Yes. When your order is out for delivery, the tracking page shows the courier’s live position and ETA. Open it from Track order.
What is the delivery code?
A 4-digit code shown only to you on the tracking page once your order is out for delivery. Give it to the courier only when you receive your parcel; it proves you received it in person.
