Cancelling, changing and tracking orders
How do I track my order?
On Track order enter your order number and email, or open the order from your account. You will also get a notification at every step.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel yourself while the order is “Pending” or “Confirmed”. Once preparation has started, contact us and we will help.
Can I order without an account?
Yes, you can check out as a guest. An account lets you save addresses, watch prices and track all your orders in one place.
